A native of southwest Illinois, David focuses on federal government takings and mass tort cases.
Since joining Flint Cooper, David leads town hall meetings for the Rails-to-Trails practice and oversees new client outreach.
While in law school, David served as a Dean’s Ambassador, as well as a member of the Negotiation Board, International Law Society and Sports Law Society. In 2021, he won the title of “best negotiator” on the Negotiation Board team. That same year, David served as a research assistant for a Professor Rychlak and contributed to the publishing of an article regarding hearsay evidence in the American Journal of Trial Advocacy. During law school, David was a member of Flint Cooper’s inaugural summer law clerk program, as well as a clerk for two years at a family law and criminal defense firm in Oxford.
